Characteristics

The rectified concentrated must is a product deprived of all those natural substances, other than sugar and water, which could modify the organoleptic substances of the must to which it is added. Therefore, containing only the sugars naturally present in the grape, it does not alter the characteristics of the wine to which it is added, its use allows the enrichment of musts and new wines still in fermentation during the harvest period, in the sweetening and processing of wines and sparkling wines of the highest quality.
