38th International Exhibition: Made Fruit at SIGEP 2017 in Rimini
The 38th edition of the fair was born to enhance craftsmanship in its sweetest forms. From 21 to 25 January, Rimini comes alive with tastings, contests and workshops dedicated to pastry, ice cream, bakery and cafeteria.
Gastronomic 2017 begins with one of the tastiest events of the year. It is the Sigep, the world-wide artisan confectionery fair that aims to enhance and promote the Italian and international tradition of ice cream, pastry and bread-making, with an eye also to quality coffee and roasting. Promoted by the Ministry of Economic Development, the Mipaaf, the Emilia Romagna Region, the Municipality of Rimini and hosted by Rimini Fiera, Sigep has now reached its 38th edition. A kermesse of conferences, workshops, competitions, seminars, debates and, of course, many tastes: the event brings together the best artisans at an international level to discuss (and challenge each other) about techniques, preparations and tricks of the trade. A festival dedicated to both professionals and non-professional, from the amateur enthusiast to the common consumer, from adults to children.
Made Fruit is also present at the event with its own stand to present its flagship products dedicated to bartenders, pastry chefs and ice cream makers.
Made fruit with its Toppings (Black cherry, Strawberry, Berries, Chocolate, Hazelnut and Caramel) and its Natural Grape Sugars (organic), Carob (Organic), Apple and Date has been a great success managing to make the products taste through the elaboration of the best bartenders and pastry chefs such as Fiasconaro and Cappello.
